Playacar served three very different audiences — property buyers, vacation renters, and golf visitors — but the legacy site spoke to none of them clearly and was barely indexed.
We restructured the information architecture around audience intent, added crisp lifestyle imagery, and integrated FAQ + LocalBusiness schema. Cross-linked deep pages for each pillar.
The community now ranks for high-intent buyer queries and lifestyle queries, and the site finally reflects the prestige of the destination.
